Wispivas software subscriptions are available to private, nonprofit and government clinics, hospitals and provider organizations. One organization can use one subscription across several approved facilities. Patients do not need a software subscription to book, register, give consent, or access patient information.
Subscriptions are billed in Kenyan shillings (KES). Online purchase becomes available after payment setup. Existing clinical access continues.

Organization size categories
During the pilot, the category is based only on approved clinicians authorised to perform NSV and assigned to the organization’s active clinics and hospitals. This can include doctors, Clinical Officers and Nurse Practitioners where local law, professional scope and verified NSV credentials permit. A procedure provider who is also an administrator counts once. Other nurses, receptionists, laboratory staff, pharmacists, accountants and support staff are included without increasing the subscription fee. Patient accounts are free and unlimited.

These are published pilot prices. Annual pricing is equivalent to ten monthly payments. National, Regional and Global organizations complete an onboarding review before payment so WISPIVAS can verify their staff range, facilities, billing authority and procurement requirements. The confirmed amount is shown in writing before an invoice or payment request is issued; the app does not apply an undisclosed or automatic charge.
Wispivas sets the trial, renewal, cancellation and refund rules. Paystack processes recurring charges, cancellation confirmations and refunds approved by Wispivas.
No card is required for the trial and it does not renew automatically. An authorized, approved staff account is required. Organization membership does not approve a clinician or change patient-record access.
The subscriber records the organization or legal operating name in Billing. Each clinic, hospital or government health facility is registered and approved separately, then linked to that organization. A single independent facility may use the same name for both.
Government health systems may subscribe through a public hospital, county or regional health authority, ministry or other authorised public entity. Procurement, invoicing and institutional requirements are confirmed during onboarding before payment is requested.
At trial expiry, paid team features pause. Existing registry, booking, consent, notes, documents and patient access continue under the current clinical permissions.
Clinical service fees, where applicable, are separate from the software subscription. Organizations with 11 or more approved NSV procedure providers and new international clinical deployments require an onboarding review, but their published pilot subscription fee remains visible above.
