Getting your health facility started

Register a facility or organization

Private, nonprofit and government clinics and hospitals may apply. Parent, global and virtual organizations may also register before their individual facilities are linked. Registration does not grant automatic approval or access to patient records.

Every health facility is reviewed before it appears to patients.

A Google Maps pin is required for every physical clinic or branch. It is optional for a parent, global or virtual organization.

After submission, save the private link used to check the decision.

WISPIVAS will confirm whether the application represents one physical facility or a parent institution before linking clinics and administrators. The entity responsible for the subscription is confirmed separately in Billing.Country or headquarters country

State / province / county / regionFor an organization, enter the headquarters administrative area. Only physical clinic locations are used in procedure-jurisdiction reports.City or headquarters cityBooking or administrative emailThe WISPIVAS administrator will use this address to contact the applicant. For a physical facility, patient booking alerts may also use it when email delivery is available.Google Maps pin linkIn Google Maps, open the facility pin, tap Share, then Copy link. Short shared links and full Google Maps links are accepted. Required for a physical clinic or branch. Optional for a parent, global or virtual organization; if supplied, use its headquarters or principal administrative office.
